2.1. This Portal is designed, developed and hosted by CSS. The information and publications available on this Portal are broad guides to aspects of legislation and the work of the CSS. They are solely intended to provide a general understanding of the subject matter and to help the public to assess and monitor the Compliances of applicable laws and services related thereto.

2.2. Although best efforts have been made to ensure that the best and widest possible services are made available, however CSS does not claim that all the Statutes as applicable to the Company are made available in the system. Further, pursuant to the specific request of the Company certain provisions and Acts have been deactivated from the system..

2.3. It is further brought to knowledge that the system has been developed keeping in view the current scenario and legal Environment in which the Company is operating. However, the Applicability of the statutes may change from time to time, hence, the Company is required to periodically review the same to ensure the system is up to date at all time.

3. Modification of these Terms of Use

CSS reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Portal is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Portal.

4.1. CSS accepts no responsibility in relation to the accuracy, completeness, usefulness or otherwise, of the contents. We cannot guarantee the availability of such linked pages at all times.

7. Liability

7.1. Limited Liability – Under no circumstances shall CSS be liable to any User for:
a. loss, injury, claim, liability or damages of any kind resulting from the use of or the inability to use the materials in the Portal, even if CSS had been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise;
b. special, direct, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation, attorney’s fees) in any way due, resulting from or arising in connection with the use of or the inability to use the Portal or its content / materials; and
c. claim attributable to errors, omission or inaccuracies in or destructive properties of any information.

Though due care has been taken to make the database completely reliable and error-free, CSS claims exemption from any liability arising out of any such error in the data base.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CSS and its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, subcontractors and suppliers from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising or resulting from your use of the Portal and any violation of these Terms of Use. If you cause a technical disruption of the Portal or the systems transmitting the Portal to you or others, you agree to be responsible for any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising or resulting from that disruption. CSS reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and, in such case, you agree to co-operate with CSS in the defense of such matter.

9. Termination or Access Restriction

CSS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to this Portal and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

10. Applicable Laws

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Republic of India and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Portal. Use of the Portal is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

11. Severability

If any of the provisions of this Agreement or part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

12. Headings

Headings of the sections of the Portal Policy are inserted for convenience reasons only and shall not constitute a part hereof or affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of the Portal Policy.
